ICT Research

The ICT Commission’s research programs intend to provide foresight on trends in ICT development to support stakeholders in making informed decisions. The involved services include –

• Identifying strategic ICT research areas for promotion of ICT innovation and development;

• Conducting ICT research and studies relating to the development of ICT eco-system;

• Develop national, regional and international partnerships on ICT research activities to inform trends of ICT development;

• Coordinate the implementation of bilateral, multilateral, national, regional, and international agreements in promoting ICT research activities;

• Conduct Assessments on ICT trends to provide advice on policy related interventions that support ICT development.
